§ 19-105. Construction

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- The provisions of this title are to be liberally construed to accomplish its objectives and purposes.

(b) Construction by Commission. -- For purposes of administration, the Commission shall construe the provisions of this title.

(c) Judicial review. -- A decision of the Commission is subject to judicial review under § 19-113 of this title.
