§ 17-501. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) eMaryland Marketplace. -- "eMaryland Marketplace" has the meaning stated in § 13-101 of this article.

(c) Procurement. -- "Procurement" means procurement by competitive sealed bidding, competitive sealed proposals, or noncompetitive negotiation.
