§ 15-209. Full-time duties; compensation; staff

(a) Full-time duties. -- Each member of the Appeals Board shall devote full time to the duties of office.
(b) Compensation and reimbursement for expenses. -- Each member of the Appeals Board is entitled to:
(1) compensation in accordance with the State budget; and
(2) reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
(c) Staff. -- The Appeals Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.
