§ 14-503. Regulations; compliance [Subtitle subject to abrogation].

(a) In general. -- The Department of General Services shall adopt regulations to establish procedures for compiling and maintaining a comprehensive bidder's list of qualified small businesses that shall be posted on the Department's website.

(b) Compliance. -- Each designated procurement unit shall ensure compliance with the regulations set forth in subsection (a) of this section.
