§ 13-401. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Information technology. -- "Information technology" has the meaning stated in § 3A-301 of this article.

(c) Secretary. -- "Secretary" means the Secretary of Information Technology.
