§ 13-318. Prohibited contracts

Latest version.

   The Selection Board may not award a procurement contract for architectural services or engineering services that:

   (1) is a cost-plus-a-percentage-of-cost contract; or

   (2) includes fee schedules that are based on a percentage of construction costs.
