§ 13-305. Advisory services

(a) Allowed. -- At the request of a school board or a political subdivision of the State, the Selection Board may provide advisory services about procurement of architectural services or engineering services.

(b) Reimbursement. -- A school board or political subdivision that receives advisory services under this section shall reimburse the Selection Board for its costs.
