§ 4-306. Interjurisdictional water -- Municipal service in Talbot County

(a) Scope of section. -- This section applies to any municipal corporation in Talbot County that supplies water to an area outside the boundaries of the municipal corporation.

(b) Certificate of authority. -- On written application, the Commission may grant the applicant a certificate of authority to establish a service area outside of its boundaries and to supply that service area with water.
