§ 26-204. Regulations.

   (a) In general. -- If Howard County is supplied with water from the Commission's system, the Commission may adopt regulations requiring:

   (1) the use of water saving devices;

   (2) curtailing of water use during water restriction periods; and

   (3) compliance with health requirements of the Commission's plumbing regulations.

(b) Compliance with regulations by Howard County. -- Howard County shall comply with the regulations adopted by the Commission for those parts of the Howard County Department of Public Works' water system supplied with water by the Commission.
