§ 23-310. Reimbursement; right, title, and interest

  •    (a) Reimbursement. -- If the Commission has made expenditures to a third party for services or property as part of an approved major project that is subsequently modified or removed by Montgomery County or Prince George's County so that the services or property are no longer necessary, the county directing the modification or removal shall reimburse the Commission for the amount of the expenditures.

    (b) Commission to give right, title, and interest. -- The Commission shall give Montgomery County or Prince George's County any right, title, and interest in an item for which reimbursement has been made.
