§ 23-305. Public hearings

(a) Before final action. -- Before final action on a Program is taken, public hearings shall be held on the Program.

(b) In conjunction with capital budget hearings. -- The public hearings may be conducted in conjunction with public hearings on the 6-year programs or capital budgets of Montgomery County, Prince George's County, or other agencies.
