§ 2-107. Compensation

(a) In general. -- Each commissioner, the Chairman of the Commission, the General Counsel, the Executive Secretary, and the Executive Director are entitled to compensation as provided in the State budget.
(b) Minimum salary. --
(1) The salary of the Chairman of the Commission shall be at least $ 40,000 a year.
(2) The salary of each commissioner shall be at least $ 35,000 a year.
(c) Reimbursement for expenses. -- A commissioner and other Commission personnel are entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
