§ 2-105. Executive Director

   (a) Appointment. -- The Commission shall appoint an Executive Director.

(b) Term. -- The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Commission.

(c) Duties. -- The Executive Director shall:

   (1) direct and coordinate the technical staff, except hearing examiners, of the Commission; and

   (2) perform the other duties that the Commission prescribes.
