§ 18-124. Permanent separations -- Resignations

(a) Establishment by regulation required. -- The Commission, by regulation, shall establish what constitutes a resignation.

(b) Approval by Secretary. -- A regulation adopted under subsection (a) of this section is subject to the approval of the Secretary.
