§ 18-121. Temporary separations -- Suspensions

(a) In general. -- The Commission may suspend an employee for disciplinary purposes for up to 30 days.

(b) Without pay. -- Each suspension shall be without pay.

(c) Limitation. -- An employee may not be suspended for disciplinary purposes for more than 30 days in a calendar year.
