§ 10-205. Permit -- Assignment

(a) Approval required. -- A permit may not be assigned or transferred unless, after investigation, the Commission approves the assignment or transfer as best for the public welfare and convenience.

(b) Application requirements. -- An applicant for an assignment or transfer of a permit shall submit to the Commission a written application that sets forth the purpose, terms, and conditions of the proposed assignment or transfer.
