§ 13-409. 9-11 Service bar

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- Any individual who is ordered into active duty for the National Guard in response to the foreign terrorist attacks in the United States on September 11, 2001, shall receive a service bar in recognition of this service.

(b) Service bar. -- The service bar shall depict the State flag and "9-11".
