§ 12-1002. Effect of subtitle

Latest version.

(a) On other laws. -- This subtitle is effective notwithstanding any other provisions of law.

(b) On authority of units of local government. -- This subtitle does not supersede the planning, zoning, or subdivision authority of local jurisdictions, the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, or the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.
