§ 8-1901. Definitions.

(a) In general. -- In this part the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Board. -- "Board" means the Board of Trustees of the Chesapeake Bay Trust.

(c) Trust. -- "Trust" means the Chesapeake Bay Trust.
