§ 5-436. Funding

(a) In general. -- The Program shall be funded by donations and grants received by the Department to be used for the Program.

(b) Department to seek, accept, and expend donations and grants. -- The Department may seek, accept, and expend donations and grants for the implementation and administration of the Program.

(c) Use of funds. -- All money received for the Program under this section shall be used only for funding the implementation and administration of the Program.
