§ 5-1302. Collection of fines

Latest version.

(a) District Court. -- If any fine is imposed by the District Court for a violation of any provision of this title, the fine shall be collected pursuant to the provisions of law of the District Court system.

(b) Circuit court. -- If any fine is imposed by the circuit court for a county, the fine, less the costs of collection and not otherwise provided for, shall be paid to the Forest or Park Reserve Fund.
