§ 2-101. Enumeration

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Commission. -- "Commission" means Commission of the Maryland Geological Survey.

(c) Department. -- "Department" means Department of Natural Resources.

(d) Paleontology. -- "Paleontology" means the branch of geology that deals with prehistoric forms of life through the study of plant and animal fossils.

(e) Secretary. -- "Secretary" means Secretary of Natural Resources.

(f) Survey. -- "Survey" means Maryland Geological Survey.
