§ 10-702. Shooting game birds and mammals or protected birds at field trials during closed season

  •    (a) Prohibited. -- Any club or association holding a field trial during closed hunting season may not shoot or attempt to shoot any game bird or mammal or protected bird.

    (b) Exception. -- Game birds bred, raised, or purchased in captivity may be shot in flight immediately upon release at retriever trials after being positively identified.
