§ 10-501. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this title the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Fur dealer. -- "Fur dealer" means any person who buys or acquires raw and green furs, skins, hides, or pelts of wild quadrupeds from any person and sells or disposes of them.
