§ 1-701. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Conserve; endangered species; nongame species; species; threatened species. -- "Conserve", "endangered species", "nongame species", "species", and "threatened species" have the meanings stated in § 10-2A-01 of this article.

(c) Fund. -- "Fund" means the State Chesapeake Bay and Endangered Species Fund established under § 1-702 of this subtitle.

(d) Income tax checkoff system. -- "Income tax checkoff system" means the checkoff system established under § 2-110 of the Tax - General Article.
