§ 9-803. Tenure of board of appeals members.

(a) Length of terms. -- Notwithstanding § 4-302 of this article, the members of the board of appeals shall be appointed to 4-year terms.

(b) Staggered terms. -- The terms of the members of the board of appeals shall be staggered.
