§ 9-302. Enforcement of zoning regulations.

(a) Administrative proceeding. -- In addition to the jurisdiction granted in Title 11, Subtitle 2 of this article, the legislative body of Baltimore County may provide by local law for an administrative proceeding to enforce its zoning regulations.

(b) Civil fines and penalties. -- The local law may include the authority to impose civil fines and penalties for zoning violations.
