§ 25-805. Advisory committees on recreation.

   (a) Standing advisory committee. -- Subject to confirmation by the County Council, the County Executive:

   (1) shall appoint a standing advisory committee on recreation, which shall be representative of the residents of the county; and

   (2) may appoint additional advisory committees on recreation as necessary.

(b) County planning board recommendations. -- The county planning board may make recommendations regarding the functions and membership of the advisory committees.
