§ 25-608. Conveyance and recordation.

(a) Conveyance. -- When an agricultural preservation easement is purchased in accordance with this subtitle, the property owner shall convey a perpetual preservation easement to the county planning board at the time of settlement.

(b) Recordation. -- The easement shall be recorded in the county land records.
