§ 25-604. Local laws.

   (a) Authorized. -- The County Council may enact local laws to provide for:

   (1) agricultural preservation, outreach, and marketing;

   (2) maintenance of activities on agricultural properties of the Commission; and

   (3) the preservation of the agricultural industry.

(b) Consistency. -- A local law enacted under subsection (a) of this section may not be inconsistent with this division.
