§ 22-116. Invalid licenses or permits.

(a) In general. -- A license or permit issued in violation of any provision of § 22-112 through 22-115 of this subtitle is invalid.

(b) Penalty. -- An official or person who issues a license or permit in violation of any provision of § 22-112 through 22-115 of this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the penalty provided in Title 27 of this article.
