§ 22-105. Development rights.

(a) In general. -- A district council may establish a program for the transfer of development rights.

(b) Prince George's County -- Purchase of development rights. -- The district council for Prince George's County may by local law create a program for the purchase of development rights under Title 25, Subtitle 6 of this article.
