§ 22-101. Designation of district councils.

(a) Montgomery County. -- The County Council of Montgomery County is the district council for that portion of the regional district located in Montgomery County.
(b) Prince George's County. -- The County Council of Prince George's County is the district council for that portion of the regional district located in Prince George's County.
