§ 20-606. Enactment and effective date of local law.

(a) Enactment. -- After the public hearing on the local law, the County Council may enact the local law in accordance with the usual requirements and practices applicable to legislative enactments of the County Council.

(b) Effective date. -- The local law may not become effective until at least 45 days following its final enactment.
