§ 19-101. Metropolitan district.

(a) Continued. -- The area in Montgomery County and Prince George's County within the boundaries specified in this title is known as the Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District.

(b) Status. -- The metropolitan district is the authority of the Commission for the purposes set forth in this division.
