§ 16-505. Full-time park employees.

   (a) In general. -- The county planning board shall employ full-time park employees under the Commission's merit system, as provided in Subtitle 1 of this title.

(b) Required benefits. -- Full-time park employees shall receive the same employment benefits that other employees receive under the Commission's merit system, including:

   (1) annual leave;

   (2) sick leave;

   (3) health benefits; and

   (4) retirement benefits.
