§ 15-107. Designation of full-time commissioners.

(a) Montgomery County. -- The Montgomery County Council may designate a commissioner from that county to serve on a full-time basis as the chair or vice chair of the Commission.

(b) Prince George's County. -- With the approval of a majority of the members of the County Council, the County Executive of Prince George's County may designate a commissioner from that county to serve on a full-time basis as the chair or vice chair of the Commission.
