§ 11-101. Local law; subdivision regulations.

(a) Enforcement by local law. -- A legislative body may provide by local law for the enforcement of this division and of any local law enacted or regulation adopted under this division.

(b) Subdivision regulations. -- Any property subdivided in violation of § 5-301 and 5-302 of this article shall remain subject to the adopted subdivision regulations.
