§ 6-112. Court costs

(a) In general. -- Court costs in a municipal infraction proceeding in which costs are imposed are $ 5.

(b) Criminal Injuries Compensation Fund. -- A defendant is not liable for payment to the Criminal Injuries Compensation Fund.
