§ 4-312. Compilation of municipal charters by Department of Legislative Services

Latest version.

(a) Required. -- The Department of Legislative Services shall compile the charters of all municipalities into a single publication.

(b) Regular updating required. -- The Department of Legislative Services shall update the compilation of municipal charters on a regular basis.
