§ 27-710. Security bonds for county tax collectors

Latest version.

   The official bond of the county tax collector:

   (1) shall be liable for the faithful performance of the duties assigned to the officer under this subtitle; and

   (2) may be increased by the county commissioners or county council at their discretion.
