§ 27-702. Exemption of land not benefited

(a) Formation of the drainage district. -- A drainage district may include land that may not be affected by the completed drainage project.

(b) Land not benefited. -- Any land that will not be affected by the completed drainage project may not be assessed any drainage assessment.
