§ 27-403. Officers

Latest version.

(a) Chair and vice chair. -- The board of drainage commissioners shall elect a chair and a vice chair from among its members.

(b) Secretary. -- The board of drainage commissioners shall elect a secretary from among its members or from outside its membership.

(c) County tax collector. -- The tax collector of the county where the petition was filed shall be an ex officio member of the board of drainage commissioners.
