§ 25-1101. Preventing entry on watershed land

(a) Prohibited. -- A person may not prevent a member of the board of directors or an employee or agent of the board of directors from entering land as authorized under § 25-401(c) of this title.

(b) Penalty. -- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $ 50.
