§ 21-628. Takoma Park stormwater management fund

   (a) Requirement to establish fund. -- The City of Takoma Park shall:

   (1) establish a stormwater management fund; and

   (2) deposit in the fund:

      (i) receipts and revenues from any ad valorem tax, user charge, or utility fee imposed under § 21-625 of this subtitle; and

      (ii) charges, fees, fees-in-lieu, and other contributions received from any person or governmental unit in connection with stormwater management activities or practices.

(b) Uses of fund. -- Money in the Takoma Park stormwater management fund shall be used only to pay for the costs of stormwater management as set forth in § 21-625(a) of this subtitle.
