§ 21-621. Construction of part

(a) Rights of Prince George's County and City of Bowie. -- This part does not impair the rights of Prince George's County or the City of Bowie to contract with each other for the provision of stormwater management.

(b) Rights of Prince George's County and City of Takoma Park. -- This part does not impair the rights of Prince George's County or the City of Takoma Park to contract with each other, or with other parties, for the provision of stormwater management.
