§ 21-510. Investment of special fund and sinking funds

Latest version.

(a) In general. -- The special fund and any sinking fund established by a county under this subtitle are subject to § 19-102 of this article.

(b) Bond proceeds pending expenditure. -- The proceeds of bonds issued under this subtitle are subject to § 17-101 and 17-102 of this article.
