§ 21-201. Definitions

(a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
** REVISOR'S NOTE
This subsection is new language added as the standard introductory language to a definition section.
(b) District. -- "District" means a taxing and assessment district.

(c) District council. -- "District council" means the governing body of a county acting as the district council for a district created under this subtitle.
