§ 19-702. Authority to borrow money for public libraries

  •    (a) In general. -- The governing body of a county may borrow money to pay any of the capital construction costs of public library buildings in the county.

    (b) Preservation of libraries in St. Mary's County. -- The County Commissioners of St. Mary's County may borrow money to pay any of the costs of preservation for public libraries in the county.
