§ 18-101. Definitions

   (a) In general. -- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

(b) Authority. -- "Authority" means a parking authority established under this subtitle.

   Former Art. 41, § 14-307, which stated that an authority is not a municipal corporation as defined in Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland, is deleted as unnecessary in light of the definition of "municipality" in § 1-101 of this article.

(c) Bond. -- "Bond" means a revenue bond issued by an authority under this subtitle.

(d) Property. -- "Property" includes any interest in real or personal property.
